If you're managing a participant that isn't in the system you can add them to the system. However, before you do it is important to ensure that they do not already exist in the system.
Once you have made sure of this, you can create a new participant on the Participant Creation page. You can get there by selecting your name on the purple manager bar on the top right corner of the page and then selecting 'Add/Select Participant'
This will take you to the 'Select the participant to manage' page. To create a new participant click the green 'Add a Participant' button.
This will take you to the 'New Participant' page. This page has editable fields for:
- First Name*
- Last Name*
- Mobile Number
- Phone Number
- Suburb / City*
- NDIS Details
- NDIS Status*
- NDIS Number^
When you're done editing, just hit Save.
*These fields are compulsory.
^NDIS Number only shows if your NDIS Status is I'm already in the NDIS, in which case it is compulsory.
