You can find Recruitment under Connections in the Blue Participant menu. This will take you to the Recruitment menu. This page has three buttons: Candidate Search, Shortlist, and Interviews. Any of these pages will allow you to invite candidates, however, unless you've used Recruitment before it's unlikely that you'll have any candidates under Shortlist or Interviews; if this is your first time you will use Candidate Search to find the Candidate you want to recruit as a Support Worker.
Once you have found your Support Worker, you can Invite them by clicking the blue envelope icon. This will send them an invite code that they can use to connect to you. Once they're connected, you can assign them shifts and they can see and accept your available shifts.
