Register your organisation

After registering as a provider manager you have the option to accept an invitation from the provider you work with, or you can choose to register your organisation with First2Care.

When you log in or are logged in after registering, you should already be on the correct page. If not you can click the home button on the purple provider bar and then select the box marked 'Provider' to register your organisation in the provider marketplace.

The page has editable fields for the following information:

  • Organisation Name
  • Organisation Website
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Suburb/City
  • State
  • Postcode
  • NDIS Details
  • Provider Number (If applicable.)

Once you have entered this information hit the ‘Save and Send’ Button. This sends a notification to First2Care to verify your profile and takes you to the 'Your Provider Details' page to complete your company profile.
